Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Most orders reach the US, UK, EU, Australia and Asia within 8–15 business days. Remote areas may take a few days longer.

Shipping costs

Flat-rate shipping, free on all orders over $49. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout — no surprises later.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. As soon as your package leaves our hub you’ll receive the tracking number by email.

Customs & duties

Orders under the low-value threshold of your country normally clear without fees. For larger EU orders, VAT is collected at checkout so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated window, contact us within 30 days and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
